Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults age (18 years or old) chronic lumbar pain (more than 3 months), with or without radicular pain, raised intra-compartmental pressure (pre-test: 1 minute before exercise; during-test: 1st minute during exercise; post-test: 5 minutes after exercise) were statistically; all patients with low back pain after long standing /running / walking.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other conditions can cause low back pain as well, including spondylolisthesis, spinal stenosis, degenerative joint disease, herniated intervertebral disc, fracture, ankylosing spondylitisand, bone tumors, intradural spinal tumors, osteoporotic, pelvic disease and other nonspecific back pain.
