Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 to 75 years old, male or female; 2. Patients with cardiac arrest who have got ROSC (restoration of spontaneous circulation) after CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant women, breastfeeding women and women who may be pregnant; 2. patients with malignant cancer, HIV-infected patients; 3. patients after thoracic cardiopulmonary resuscitation; 4. due to cerebrovascular disease by cardiac arrest; 5. end-stage heart disease; 6. cardiac arrest caused by the chronic diseases of liver or lung and other organs; 7. patients allergic to Shenfu injection; 8. other situations that are inappropriate due to the researchers.
