Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Spinal tuberculosis was diagnosed according to symptoms, physical signs, imaging examination results, and etiological and histopathological results. Patients receiving initial or repeated chemotherapy were included; 2. no contraindications to surgery were noted; 3. Patients were evaluated and were found to be appropriate candidates for surgical focus debridement for tuberculosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Spinal tubeculosis was diagnlosed unclear, or were excluded by according to etiological and histopathological results; 2. No compliant with the recommended chemotherapy treatment.
