18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All adult men and women are 18 years old and older; 2. Pelvic fracture is confirmed with either by radiographs, computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); 3. Fresh fracture (fracture was occurred within 14 days); 4. Patent Voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathologic fractures; 2. Old fractures; 3. Open fractures; 4. Multiple injuries or multiple fractures; 5. Patients were not suitable for surgery (i.e., severe decompensated heart, liver, kidney failure); 6. Acute or chronic infection; 7. Involve in chemotherapy or hormonotherapy; 8. Pregnancy; 9. Patient has attended in other trials in 6 months; 10. Other conditions that investigators consider patient is not suitable for the trial.
