20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women in the age-bracket 20-30 who had birth demand; 2. Clarify the diagnoses of infertility; 3. Diagnosed with EMs by laparoscopy for the first time with the rAFS <=15.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ems treated by surgery of medications before; 2. Existence of other infertile factors, including adenomyosis; 3. Untreated dysspermia of the husband; 4. Hypogastralgia caused by other factors; 5. Irregular vagina bleeding casued by genital diseases or endocrine factors; 6. Contraindication of O.C; 7. Irregular menstruation; 8. The pathological examination after hysteroscopy and curettage indicates endometrial disease (Atypical Hyperplasia, Endometrial Carcinoma etc, not including endometrial polyp).
