Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for diabetic foot; (2) Diabetic foot grade II-III; (3) The age of 45 to 75 years of age; (4) Patients informed and voluntarily signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) combined heart, brain, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and the endocrine system and other serious primary disease.High blood sugar, low in protein, electrolyte imbalance and other abnormalities (reference laboratory parameters of the normal equipment of the research center, the effective range for the other 20% of normal); ABI <=0.2; (2) Arterial embolism; (3) Pregnancy, breast-feeding women; (4) History of mental illness or family history of mental illness; (5) Cancer, tuberculosis, and other specific ulcers; allergy; (6) Do not want to accept interventions developed in this study signed informed consent and those who do not.
