Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gynecology open surgery patients undergoing elective, Operation time > 1 hour; ASA score I-III level; 65-18

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cerebrovascular history; Sleep disorder history; Long-term use of sedative, antidepressants; tMind unusual person, or a language exchange difficulty, can't complete the researchers; Involuntaryr; Outer ear had eczema, ulcer, chilblain, unfavorable put the pressure.
