Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnosis of criteria of Atherosclerosis cerebral infarction or lacumer infarction (with each brance center: number of participants included with lacumer infarction =5; 5. Aging from 35 to 85; 6. Informed consent and voluntary take part in this trial, sign the Informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Consciousness: coma or lethargy; 2. The atherosclerosis cerebral infarction (Cardiac embolism, easy state of inflammation, the brain tumors, arterial, the brain trauma, brain parasitic diseases, metabolic disorders cause stroke); 3. Cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, and TIA; 4. Chronic cardiac insufficiency (heart function IV class), acute cardiac dysfunction, acute myocardial infarction, Rhythm (Bigeminy ventricular premature, VT, Ventricular fibrillation, three AV block, asystole, severe sinus bradycardia, sick sinus syndrome, reentrant supraventricular tachycardia and other arrhythmias caused by hemodynamic changes); 5. Serious liver, kidney disease, hematopoietic system disease, Endocrine system diseases, Bone and joint diseases, Mental disorders, or severe dementia; 6. Pregnancy or breast-feeding women; 7. Allergies of drugs mentioned in the treatment programme; 8. In the past 2 weeks participants has joined another trail which may influence this research.
