Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age>=60yrs, selective lumbar surgery under genaral anesthesia, accept post operative analgia under concent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: central nernous system desease, contraindicator of flubiprofen, severe impairment of vision and/or hearing
