Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: indicated the antral follicle count=12 IU/L or FSH/LH>=3.6 on cycle day 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Either male or female has mental disease, acute infection of reproductive or urinary system or sexually transmitted diseases; 2. genetic disease family history; 3. Drug addiction or other bad habits; 4. Either male or female touched ray, poison, drugs, and in action period.
