Acute Heart Failure with hypertension

Interventions

Two groups:Urapidil injection titrated to target dose within 6 hours. Treatment lasts for 48 hours.

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-75 years old, male and female in-patients; 2. Diagnosed as acute heart failure; 3. Killip class >=II, or NYHA Class >=II, acute deficiency phase; 4. Pre-existing hypertension history; 5. Conciousness. Written consent signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systolic blood pressure =3 ULN, Cr>=2 ULN); 5. Known or suspected allergy to investigational product and any ingredient content; 6. Pregnancy, lactation,or women plan to be pregnant; 7. Unappropriate to participant in this study according to investigators' decision; 8. Have taken other investigational products or participanted in other clinical trials within 60 days; 9. Previously enrolled into this study.
