Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-60 years old; 2. malignant hematological disease,Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation; 3. platelet above 100*10^9/L before conditioning; 4. BUCY+ATG regimen for conditioning; 5. have normal liver and renal function, or GPT/GOT <1.5 normal uplimit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: not fit for any one of the five inclusion criteria
