Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients provided written informed consent and confirmed their willingness to take oral antidiabetic drug (or inject insulin) and perform glucose self-monitoring; 2. in accordance with the type 2diabetes diagnosis (WHO criterion 1999); 3. HbA1c between 7% to 10%; FBG>=11.1 mmol/L; 4. men and women 18 years of age or older; 5. Body-mass index: 19 BMI <30kg/m2; 6. Have not participate any clinical trials in 3 months; 7. Patients with glucometers and can use it experienced; 8. Patients with mobiles and skilled in message function or it can be carried out through family members.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women, ready to pregnancy or breast-feeding women; 2. Liver function abnormalities, ALT and AST 2 times beyond upper limit; 3. Kidney damage, serum creatinine >=133 umol/L; 4. The clinical manifestations of endocrine system diseases, such as thyroid disease, Cushing's psychosis; 5. A history of thiazolidinedione therapy or triple oral antidiabetic therapy; 6. mental illness, drug abusers or other items; 7. Patients with serious complication who need out-patient or in-patient treatment; 8. Patients who can not consent to the study protocol.
