18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The informed consent is signed, patients and their families have a good compliance; 2. Inpatients with ages between 18-65 and no sex limitation; 3. Be recived among 24h and be certified as critically ill trauma; 4. Have GCS scores between 5-10 or ISS scores greater than 16, the expected survival time greater than 7d; 5. With no severe heart, liver, kidney failure and other diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With severe gastrointestinal, endocrine disorders, gastrointestinal injury; 2. Severely immunocompromised, primary hypoalbuminemia; 3. Severely digestive tract bleeding; 4. Pregnant or lactating women, chemotherapy, cancer patients; 5. Beyond the enteral nutrition by other cause.
