Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 1-time stroke,single left hemisphere lesion by CT or MRI confirmed; 2. >1 months after stroke onset,age between 18 and 75 years old,normal language function before stroke; 3. Aphasia assessment with the Western Aphasia Battery (WAB): Aphasia Quotient <93.8, speech fluent score ranged from 0 to 4; 4. native Chinese speaker; 5. cooperation, orientation complete, no obvious memory disorders and mental retardation; 6. no epilepsy and serious heart disease, serious body disease; 7. premorbidly right-handed; 8. remain sitting for more than 30 minutes; 9. each participant signed a consent before participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. non-first stroke, or other CNS lesions as revealed by MRI; 2. previous language disorders or complicated with severe dysarthria; 3. degenerative diseases of the nervous system such as dementia, Parkinson's disease, motor neuron disease,result to speech disorder; 4. severe cognitive dysfunction, not with the inspection and rehabilitation training; 5. epilepsy, and severe liver dysfunction or other severe somatic disease; 6. visual, auditory disorders affecting the language evaluation and treatment; 7. body with metal foreign bodies or other implanted electronic devices; 8. patients and their relatives do not agree to accept the rTMS treatment.
