20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age from 20-70 years; 2. Serum HBsAg positive before livertransplantation; 3. At least 18 months after transplantation; 4. HBsAg and HBVDNA in serum are both negative currently; 5. The transaminase are normal or elevated not exceed twice the upper limit of normal within 6 months; 6. Written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to hepatitis B vaccine; 2. Serum Cr exceed than normal; 3. Serum HbA1C more than 6.5%; 4. Unstable heart disease; 5. Pregnancy or lactation.
