Age
20 Years to 35 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 20 to 35 years old pregnant women; 2. parity no more than 3 times; 3. with 36 or more gestational weeks; 4. singleton pregnancy and head presentation; 5. those who are expected to give birth vaginally; 6. those who agree to participate with written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnancy complications such as hypertensive disorders of pregnancy,hydramnios,macrosomia,fetal death; 2. moderate or severe anemia (eg.hemoglobin concentration less than 90g/L) or coagulopathy; 3. uterine malformation or hysteromyoma larger than 3cm; 4. history of uterine surgery(eg.cesarean section or myomectomy) or more than 3 times of artificial abortion; 5. third stage of labor lasts more than 30 minutes or failed manual removal of placenta or curettage lasts more than 30 minutes or with more than 400ml blood loss during curettage; 6. infections or immunopathy or neuropathy or psychopathy.
