Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 30-75, ASA I and II, operation time more than 3 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suspected abuse of narcotic analgesics, received hormone therapy before surgery, allergy with the emulsion, epilepsy, difficult intubation, liver and kidney dysfunction
