Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 60-75 years old, ASAI-II, selective total knee arthroplasty, agree to join this study and sign the inform consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. severe vital organ failure; 2. psychological problem; 3. inflation time200mmHg;more than 30% of baseline value; SBP*HR (RPP)>20000, rHR<45/min.
