Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-65 year old, men and women; 2. All patients undergoing lower abdominal surgery involving retroperitoneal anatomy; 3. Understanding of experiments, informed consent; 4. survival period more than 6 months.

Exclusion criteria: Surgical contraindications
