Interventions

1:Concurrent chemotherapy, choose PP or NP, radiotherapy using conventional fractionation methods, PTV prescription dose 60-66Gy/6w, requires 95% PTV receiving 100% of the prescribed dose.
2:Endostar started simultaneously with radiotherapy and chemotherapy
3:Concurrent chemotherapy started 1 week before Endostar

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. histologically confirmed NSCLC, which has measurable lesions with RECIST criteria; 2. unresectable stage IIIA and IIIB, >=18 years old; 3. General state of health: ECOG 0-1 grade; 4. No history of radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy or biological therapy; 5. 5 serum hemoglobin >=100g/L, platelets >=100000/uL, neutrophils >1500/uL; 6. Serum creatinine 0.8L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With other carcinoma history; 2. have contraindications of chemotherapy or radiotherapy (such as the active phase of infection, myocardial infarction within 6 months, symptomatic heart diseases, immunosuppressive therapy); 3. have bleeding tendencies; 4. claustrophobic patients and patients with implanted metal objects.
