Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. >= 33 weeks' gestation; 2. NRDS in the first week of life; 3. Diagnoses of NRDS: clinical manifestation: (1) RR>60/min; (2) Central cyanosis; (3) Flaring of alaenasi; (4) Three Depression Sign are positive; (5) Groan; 4. OI(oxygenation index)>=10; OI= FiO2(%)*MAP (cm H2O)/ PaO2 (mm Hg).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital heart disease; 2. Air Leak syndrome; 3. extrapulmonary acut respiratory distress syndrome.
