18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-65 years' male or female, diagnosed by colonoscopy and confirmed by pathology as non-CRA and CRA after removed by endscopy; 2. Age>50 years' male or female, colorectal adenomas were not found by colonscopy; 3. Familial adenomatous polyposis excluded by inquiring medical history and family history; 4. Voluntarily participate and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients associated with other cancers; 2. Patients associated with other serious diseases and the expected survival was less than 3 years; 3. Those could not tolerate another colonscopy; 4. Pregnant or lactating women or women preparing for pregnancy; 5. Those with mental illness or unable to cooperate; 6. known to be allergic to calcium or vitamin D; 7. Those researchers believe not suitable.
