18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 to 75 years old, new cases of liver cancer, and untreated patients; (2) Have the ability to provide informed consent; (3) HBsAg positive and HBV DNA >=104/ml; (4) Surgical treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Younger than 18 years or older than 75 years; (2) Associated with other viral infections: anti-HAV-IgM, anti-HCV, anti-HDV, anti-HEV, CMV, EBV, and any anti-HIV-positive; (3) Serious postoperative complications, even death; (4) With other organ malignancies; (5) Other patients that researchers believe are not suitable; the doctor in charge considers it inappropriate to participate in clinical trials; (6) Can not adhere to follow-up or those with poor compliance; (7) Severe disorders of other vital organs, such as heart, lung, kidney.
