Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients need take drugs of antihyperlipidemic according the standard of the nation guide of serum lipid treatment; (2) Patients have one carotid atherosclerotic plaque at least by diagnose of Doppler ultrasound; (3) There is a certain cognitive abilities, patients willing to participate in research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Allergic to HMG2CoA reductase inhibitor; (2) AST/ AL T is 2 times than normal; (3) CPK is 2 times than normal or heightened unclearly; (4) no cognitive abilities, patients unwilling to participate in research.
