A:Besides the basic treatment aspirin on awakening for 2weeks and then taking aspirin at bedtime for 2 weeks
B:aspirin at bedtime for 2weeks,and then taking aspirin on awakening for 2weeks.

45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. non-hypertensive patients; 2. coronary heart disease (Note: diagnosed by coronary angiography or ECG of coronary heart disease); 3. aged 45 to 75 years old (male or female); 4. have the ability to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed essential hypertension, secondary hypertension (except for atherosclerotic renal artery stenosis); 2. severe liver, renal insufficiency (GFR 300*10^9/L or <100* 10^9/L); 3. have clinical significance of chronic diseases (such as connective tissue disease, systemic immune diseases, etc.); with severe cardiomyopathy, rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart disease; 4. Other patients that researchers believe are not suitable; the doctor in charge considers it inappropriate to participate in clinical trials; 5. can not adhere to follow-up or those with poor compliance.
