1:To give 1.45 times the energy intake of REE

3:Change the number of meals, eating before going to bed at night 40 - 50g (160 - 200kcal) carbohydrate

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. cirrhosis patients induced by HBV aged 18 to 65 ; 2. willing to sign informed consent; 3. HBsAg positive.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) associated with other viral infections: anti-HAV-IgM, anti-HCV, anti-HDV, anti-HEV, CMV, EBV, and any anti-HIV-positive; (2) primary, secondary diabetes, and thyroid disorders, cancer, renal dysfunction and gastrointestinal bleeding, disturbance of consciousness; (3) long-term heavy drinkers; (4) chronic liver failure.
