Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: I. The criteria of metabolic syndrome (compound with the standard of IDF and the prevention and treatment of adult dyslipidemia china guide); 1. Central obesity (waist: male >90cm, female > 85cm); 2. With any one of the following three factors; (1) serum concentration of triglycerides: 1.7 mmol/L or more; (2) HDL concentration less than 1.0 mmol/L in menand less than 1.3 mmol/L in women; (3) plasma glucose concentration 5.6 mmol/L or more; 3. blood pressure: 130/85 mm Hg or more; II. age: 18-75.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute hypertension (SBP>180mmHg, DBP>110mmHg), hypertension crisis, secondary hypertension(renal parenchymal hypertension, renovascular hypertension, primary aldosteronism, pheochromocytoma, hypercortisolism, aortic coarctation, hypertension of pregnancy), Secondary Obesity (thalamus fat, pituitary fat, Low thyroid function of obesity, Cushing syndrome); 2. Clinical organ damage of cardiovascular, brain, kidney, Retinal vascular and carotid artery which caused by hypertension; 3. Obesity damage such as bedsore, fracture; 4. Serious damage of function of liver and kidney disease (ALT>300U/L,AST>200U/L; BUN>20mmol/l, Cr>445mmol/l, Ccr<10ml/min); 5. The hypertension and obesity caused by drugs such as oral contraceptive, hormone therapy; 6. Malignant tumor; 7. The Survival time less than nine months caused by any reason; 8. The hypertension patient with the treatment of ARB/ACEI, diuretic, CCB, BB whose blood pressure less than 130/85 mmHg.
