Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed ischemic stroke by CT or MRI; 2. first stroke; 2. have a unilateral paralysis of limb; 3. aged 45 to 80 years old; 4. within 3 months after stroke onset; 5. stage for Brunnstrom: stage II, II and IV.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. advancing ischemic stroke; 2. the main lesions lie in brain stem or cerebellum; 3. after thrombolytic or embolectomy; 4. aphasia or sensory dysfunction; 5. severe cognitive impairment(scoring < 7 of 10 on the Abbreviated Mental Test); 6. impaiement or infection in skin; 7. combine with severe diseases for heart, lung, liver or kidney; 8. combine with traumatic brain injury or cancers; 9. refuse to sign informed consent.
