Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Selective coronary arterial bypass graft surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Reduced left ventricular function (ejection fraction 2.5 times normal) or renal (serum creatinine > 1.3 mg/dL) dysfunction. 6. Patients judged under standard anaesthesia criteria to have a difficult airway.
