Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: from October 2010 to October 2012, the adult female or male patients over 18-year-old clinically diagnosed acute perforated peptic ulcer disease with the indication of surgical repair are supposed to be recruited.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) with severe underlying diseases, the surgery intolerable or contraindicated; 2) the preoperational diagnosis is perforated gastral carcinoma; 3) with several upper abdominal surgical history; 4) laparoscopic repair refused; 5) Pregnancy; 6) other lesions found in the surgery or other surgery done.
