Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with symptomatic idiopathic ventricular tachycardia (VT) or premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) with left bundle branch block (LBBB) morphology, an inferior axis, and the precordial lead transition zone >=V4; 2) RVOT PVCs burden >=20%; 3) All patients had either failed or intolerant to beta-blocker and/or class IC or III antiarrhythmic agents; 4) They had normal cardiac structure and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) by echocardiogram.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with structure heart disease or other system disease; 2) Patients with other VAs; 3) Patients with reversal RVOT VT/PVCs; 4) Patients who are younger than 18 years old; 5) Patients who required isoproterenol for induction of RVOT VT/PVCs.
