Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as colorectal cancer and need operation; 2. Between 18 and 75 years old; 3. Undergo standard radical colorectal cancer resection; 4. No recent chemotherapy history; 5. No recent radiotherapy history; 6. The patient and family members agree with fast track surgery treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or breast-feeding; 2. Complete gastrointestinal obstruction; 3. Palliative operation or emergency operation; 4. Combined with spleen or pancreas resection; 5. Severe adverse events (cerebrovascular accident, massive hemorrhage, etc.); 6. With recent chemotherapy or radiotherapy history; 7. Severe heart or pulmonary disease; 8. HIV infection, AIDS related diseases or severe acute and chronic disease; 9. Poor compliance of patient.
