Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 3 month to 3 years old; 2. Children with diagnosed pneumonia or Bronchiolitis and receiving hospitalized therapy; 3. Receiving anti-infectious treatment more than 2 days, regardless of class of anti-infection drug, administration delivery route, simple or combination therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Current diarrhea or diarrhea within 15 days when entrance; 2. Children require treatment in ICU; 3. Children receiving long term of immunosuppressive agents; 4. Childre suffering from alimentary tract operation; 5. Children suffering from rheumatic heart disease or infective endocarditis; 6. Children with diagnosed malnutrtion; 7. Child received any probiotics preparation or supplementary food including probiotics in 15 days before entrance
