Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status I -II patients undergoing elective hemorrhoidectomy or analfistula resection or transurethral resection of bladder tumor

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: local infection in the patient's back waist region, bleeding diathesis, aspirin ingestion during the previous week
