Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of hyperplasia of mammary gland; 2. The age is from 18 to premenopause. The menstrual cycle and menstrual period are regular; 3. Do not receive any treatment on hyperplasia of mammary gland now and do not use sex hormone in half an year; 4. Informed consent and voluntary take part in this trial, sign the Informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. In gestation period or plan to pregnant, postmenopause, suckling period, serious menstrual disorder, functional uterine bleeding patient; 2. Benign or malignant tumor, inflammatory disease in breast; 3. Male patient; 4. Serious heart, liver, kidney disease or hematopoietic system disease, mental patient; 5. Prophylactic and sex hormone user; 6. Allergic to the medicine used in this trial; 7. Use the other treatment in the same time.
