Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) gestation duration of at least 36 weeks and antepartum hemorrhage (gestational age was determined on the basis of the last menstrual period as confirmed by an ultrasound scan taken between the 14th and 20th week, and calculated in menstrual weeks); (2) trans-abdominal and trans-vaginal ultrasound examinations would therefore provide evidence that the internal cervical os is completely covered by placenta and at least part of the placenta is attached to the anterior wall of the uterus.
Exclusion criteria
