Inclusion criteria: Patients suffering hepatic injury in the West China Hospital, Sichuan University

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. patient with history of cardiovascular, respiratory or renal disease B. allergic to any experimental anesthetics C. difficult airway D. alcohol or recreational drug abuse E. psychiatric illness F. a body mass index >30 kg/?
