Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The presence of upper-limb hemiplegia after a stroke; 2. First onset of stroke; 3. Duration of disease: 1~3 months; 4. Lesions involving the cerebellum without obvious cerebral edema.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable vital signs; 2. Combined with depression after stroke; 3. Combined with severe aphasia; 4. Obvious cognition dysfunction (MMSE < 24); 5. Serious vision or vision correction anomalies; or history of vertigo attack, hearing impairment or tympanitis.
