Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Multi-traumatic patients, at least with high level spinal cord injury (>C5) and acute lung injury (PaO2/FiO2<300)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with pre-exist acute or chronic heart dysfuntion
