Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: elective TKR, ASA 1-2, inflation tourniquets are used.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Rheumatic arthritis, severe hepatic and renal dysfunction, allergic to ulinastatin, on NSAIDS, anti-oxygenatives and/or vitamins, tourniquet time less than 60 minutes or more than 90 minutes.
