Penehyclidine Hydrochloride:inhalation of Penehyclidine Hydrochloride, three times a day, for three days
physiological saline:inhalation of physiological saline, three times a day, for three days
Ipratropium Bromide:inhalation of Ipratropium Bromide, three times a day, for three days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age>=65 years old and transmitted into SICU after surgery; 2. after general anesthesia and intubation; 3. the time of general anesthesia longer than three hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who refuse to participate in this study or patients who cannot cooperate with the inhalation; 2. patients with ASA grade>=IV or the anticipated life time<=24h; 3. patients with pulmonary infection or short of breath in the latest month; 4. patients with prostate hypertrophy or glaucoma; 5. patients who had AMI within the year, or had cardiac dysfunction or arrhythmia within three years; 6. patients who took theophylline orally within 24 hours before anesthesia, or had been given glucocorticoids or beta 2 receptor activator within 12 hours before anesthesia, expect for routine dose glucocorticoids we given before the anesthesia for every patients in order to decrease the sickness; 7. patients who need oxygen treatment or take glucocorticoids orally every day; 8. patients with serious renal dysfunction who need dialysis before the surgery; 9. patients with serious liver dysfunction (the grade of Child-Pugh C); 10. patients with cerebral stroke within three month before surgery; 11. patients who had participated into other research in recent month or still within the six half-time of other research drugs.
