Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with hepatic hemangioma (supported by at least two or more medical images.); 2. age over 18 years and under 65 years; 3. imaging evaluation found that single or multiple tumors, maximum diameter of no more than 10 cm; and at least one of the following conditions: maximum tumor diameter >=4 cm or clear clinical symptoms or rapid increase in tumor diameter in asymptomatic patients (average annual increase of >=2 cm); 4. platelet count of >=40,000/mm3; 5. preoperative Child-Pugh score <=7 points, normal coagulation function, normal renal function6. performance status 0-2; 7. Voluntary and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant patient or patient with possibility to be pregnant; 2. previous treatment of hepatic hemangioma; 3. Unresectable hepatic tumors; 4. Patient with interstitial pneumonia, pneumofibrosis, or severe lung emphysema.
