Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Benign gallbladder disease (Gallstone, cholecystitis, polypoid lesions of gallbladder)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Adults with any one of the criteria listed as following should be excluded form our study: 1) With underlying diseases who cannot tolerate an operation or have absolute contraindications to surgery; 2) refusal of laparoscopy-assisted surgery; 3) pregnancy; 4) aged 65; 5) Malignant gallbladder disease; 6) Intrahepatic or extrahepatic bile duct stone; 7) Acute cholangitis
