Pain during orthodontic treatment

Interventions

A:Cognitive behavioral treatment: after The initial arch wires has placed, following throught the psycology therapy,Through cognitive restructuring to rebuit the correct attitube of patient by facing
also using CBT melody and relaxing therapy to relax patient's whole body skeletal muscles
keep practicing at home after doctor's notice, finishing the assignments on time. Fill out the application of VAS and Anxiety status in time
B:Blank control : Regular doctor notice,after the initial arch wires placed, without any others process. Fill out the application of VAS and Anxiety status in time.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 23 +5 years; 2. Right-handed (according to the field of EEG analysis requires routine amalgamation); 3. The level of education is undergraduate and above; 4. The patients have medical background (in areas of general need for education background, level and living conditions for amalgamation); 5. Patient can understand the scale and complete it; 6. No history of neuropsychiatric disorders; 7. Non-infectious diseases and / or systemic disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous orthodontic treatments; 2. Experience of tooth ache recently; 3. Combined with infectious diseases and/or systematic diseases; 4. Patients who have taken analgesics in the last 3 days before the orthodontic treatments; 5. the T-AI result: male >=53, female>=55; 6. The test time of Cold pressor test:Initial threshold60.
