Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) selective coronary artery bypass graft surgery (2) aged 18 to 90 years old (3) more than 5 years of schooling (4) residents in Bejing or the districts around
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients who refuse to participate in this study (2) patients who can not finish the neurological and psychological tests (3) patients who will receive procedures of big vessels and other non-cardiac operations together with cardiac surgery (4) patients with past chest operation history (5) patients with past psychological disorder history (6) patients with neurological sequelae of cerebral vascular diseases (7) patients with cardiac dysfunction>? and/or angina pectoris>? and/or LVEF2.0mg/dl or 177umol/L) (10) patients with active liver diseases (11) patients with a suspicious allergic history to lidocaine
