Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Born in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College, Yuying Children's Hospital , and admitted to neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) ; 2. Gestational age 38 degree C); 4. No major congenital anomalies; 5. Neonatal pediatrician are in the delivery room or operating room to ensure initial recovery and stability; 6. Moderate temperature transport incubator transfer the preterm children to the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).
