Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged older than 55 yr and fit for anesthesia; 2. Patients had failed medical therapy with alpha-blockers or 5-alpha reductase inhibitors; 3. International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS) of 18 or greater and maximum urinary flow rate (Qmax) of less than 15 mL/s, or RU>100ml.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with suspected prostate cancer; 2. Patients with bladder calculus; 3. Patients with Neurogenic bladder; 4. Patients with Previous prostate surgery; 5. Patients with urethral stricture.
