Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients, 35 to 65 years old, dextromanuality, presenting within ischemic stroke only in basal ganglia within 1 months to 1 year; 2. Patients who have explicit syndrome of aphasia based on "clinical rehabilitation research center aphasia examination" and have normal understanding ability, BDAE scores >=2; 3. Patients who have severe disorder of linguistic function, and less severe limbs disturbance; 4. Aphasia is not caused by heart disease; 5. Patients who have normal linguistic function; 6. Patients with normal cognitive function; 7. Patients with degree of education higher than elementary school and don't have severe heart, liver, kidney diseases; 8. Patients who have no allergic history of contrast medium; 9. Patients who could tolerate 1.5-hour examination; 10. Patients who have signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have severe hearing problems; 2. Patients who have linguistic problems caused by conscious disturbance and hypophrenia; 3. Patients who have dysarthria; 4. Patients who have linguistic disorder caused by congenital etiology or an childhood disease; 5. Patients who can't undergo fMRI examination; 6. Patients who have severe heart, liver, kidney diseases; 7. Patients who have superficial sensibility problems in examination of neural system.
