Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet with the diagnostic standard of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 2. Patients in Stage I-III; 3. Aged between 40 to 80 years; 4. Without participations in other interventional trials; 5. Patients underwent washout period of 2 weeks; 6. With the informed consent signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute exacerbation period of COPD; 2. Patients in Stage IV; 3. Pregnant or breast-feeding women; 4. With obnubilation or mental disorder; 5. Complicated with severe heart failure; 6. Complicated with bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis or active tuberculosis; 7. Complicated with diffuse panbronchiolitis; 8. Complicated with pneumothorax, pleural effusion or pulmonary embolism; 9. Complicated with neuromuscular disorder which affects the respiration; 10. Complicated with tumors; 11. Complicated with serious hepatic and renal diseases; 12. Long periods of bed rest; 13. With medication of steroids within 1 month; 14. With immunodeficiency; 15. Participating in other trials or allergic to the used medicine.
